update!

If yall haven't checked out the WNBA Movement on YouTube, you need to get on that ASAP. The url is www.youtube.com/THEWnbamovement. CP23 and I are the only teammates that have posted so far, but ya gotta check the vids out! Other teammates are getting ready to post but there is definitely flus and things going around affecting voices and such. Make sure yall subscribe as well.

The Twitter fan base has risen substantually! Last update, there were 1710 followers to be exact. Now, there are 2,518! Can you believe that? 508 more followers that quick! When this season comes, I'm expecting at least 5,000 followers. I think thats a totally reasonable amount! Si, se puede!!

Facebook numbers have risen as well! Last update we were at 97, now were at 128! That's totally awesome, but I know there's more Facebook junkies out there. Lets see if we can shoot that number up!

YouTube numbers have increased as well! I'm loving the15 subscribers we have! That's alot for the little time we've had it, but there's always room for improvement.

Now this one number disappoints me. Our blog has 8 followers. Is this becausr only 8 people have blogger accounts? Well I hope more than 8 people are checking in on the blog. Make sure yall suggest the blog to different people.

We have a website: WWW.wnbamovement.WordPress.com This site is still under construction girl sure, but all the kinks will be worked out very soon! We are very hard at work on this site and all of the social networks we are involved in.

Hope you guys are expecting great of this movement because it's gonna be great.

Recruiting!!

I can't even express in words how excited I am to be apart of the WNBA Movement. Just to know that I am making just one WNBA player happy is an awesome feeling to have! The players really enjoy having pages that are tweeting specific for and about them, their teammates, and their teams. There is nothing like getting a shout out from Candice Wiggins saying, "awesome. Thank you so much. I love you guys.", thanking us for creating a fan page for her! It is such a fulfilling feeling! You learn so much about your players personality that isn't seen on the court, or their actual likes and dislikes. It goes beyond the court.


After that being said, we are RECRUITING! Anyone can create a fan page for any WNBA player past or present. Legend or Rookie. Choose your favorite player and go for it. With all good news there is a but, and here it is.


You MUST be LEGIT! Meaning, you must take this seriously. You can't create a page and suddenly stop tweeting. That isn't fair to your WNBA Movement teammates or the players you represent. And yes, as a fan page, you represent your player. 


Our goal is to be united as a team and support and promote the WNBA and its players and teams. Your team is only as strong as your weakest link. And if your like UCONN and have no weak links, then you will go undefeated! Our goal is to go undefeated (metaphorically). We want all 2,518 of our followers to be happy as well as the WNBA players themselves. 


It is also very important that we tweet news and updates about our players. Most of the players in the WNBA are Overseas playing for international teams. They are all playing great. Those who are injured are constantly updating their blogs or their tweeting about their rehab process and their road to recovery!


We're teammates so we're always open to help!


I'm working on having an Interview with a WNBA player asking them about what they think about the WNBA movement. I'm sure CP23 wouldn't have a problem asking Cappie a few questions!

College Ball Update!

The WNCAA season is about to tip off! I know yall are ready to see who's gonna be the stand out player and what team will rise to the top. The WNBA Movement is gonna help with that. As a team, were gonna choose diffedrent colleges to tweet about, blog about, vlog about, ect. We're in the process of choosing teams so check back to see the "Final Draft".

The Final Draft will be the list of teammates followed by the college(s) they have selected. Some will be tweeting, some will be blogging, some will be vlogging, and others might update their site. Regardless of where/how, you'll be updated!

It has been a great week in the WNBA Movement. Tina Charles now has a fan page on Twitter which is @TCharles31_news, as well as Chardé Houston, @CH24_news. Check them out and send a follow.
Not only were teammates gained, but the followers number is up! Thanks yall, for all the support. I know many of the same people follow all the teammates. We appreciate your support so much! You guys have really made this movement successful. From liking us on facebook, to subscribing via youtube, and checking out sites. Yall are just too amazing.

WNBA Players Overseas

I know yall have been wandering about WNBA players who are playing overseas. I had been working on a list to blog but, I checked out WNBA website and they already had it up. They've created an Interactive Map which lists all of the WNBA player who are playing overseas and where and for which team they are playing for. Below the map, is the list team by team so you know where your favorite teams' players are in the world. Make sure yall check out where your faves are and cheer them on!

Hey guys, a lot of things have changed since my last tweet. More info given to me means more info given to you! Just wanna keep you mates posted!

>Twitter. The Movement on Twitter is growing so fast! As of right now, the total follower count is 1,710. Yes that is correct! There are 1700+ people following the WNBA Movement on Twitter.

>YouTube. Indeed we are on YouTube and I don't think most of you knew but here's the website! THEWnbaMovement. We only have 2 subscribers. Now I know there is more than 2 movement people on YouTube! Let's get that going!

>Facebook. We have 97 likes! That is totally awesome! We are 3 away from 100. Can I get 3 likes real quick? 

>Blog. Obviously, if you're reading this you know there is a blog, but I don't know if others know. Hmm...4 followers, lets up the anty can I get 10 real quick?

>Website. Indeed, there is a website, but it is still under construction! Sorry guys, but you won't see it until it is completely finished! Its coming soon!
